Second Quote of the Day: Blair on Gangsta Culture

British prime minister Tony Blair has just broken one of the biggest taboos in Western politics: talking frankly about black crime. Give the man a medal for courage. Of course Tony Blair doesn't have to worry about electoral consequences. He's leaving office after one of the longest tenures as PM in British history.
