The last paragraph of the bill, it is rumored, will contain a promise to give a ten thousand dollar savings bond to each child born to reunited, undocumented alien parents. An unnamed spokesperson near Senator Clinton's office suggested that the presentation to the Hispanic Caucus was wholly unrelated to Senator Clinton's Presidential campaign.
